Full sales process CRM tool. This CRM enables the management of the entire sales process of SUPRA from the creation of the client and the project through the business case creation, quotation and billing.
SUPRA is a Peruvian company that offers network security solutions to various clients nationwide. A tracking CRM from the creation of the opportunity to the billing of SUPRA´s services was
implemented.
This CRM covered the whole sales process from the oportunity creation until business case structuration the billing and the invoice generation. It included a summary dashboard for goals tracking and review.
